Overview

We’re looking for a SaaS Sales Leader to lead our sales journey in the small and mid-market segment at Autenti, a fast-growing Polish tech company.

In Short

  • Lead and scale our SaaS sales team in Central Europe.
  • Build strong relationships and take charge of big deals.
  • Set up scalable, predictable sales processes that are data-driven.
  • Work closely with marketing and SDR teams to generate revenue.
  • Improve pipeline quality and optimize conversion rates.
  • Drive new verticals and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Coach and mentor your team’s performance.
  • Influence product direction and build your own team.
  • Fluent in Polish and English required.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and SaaS metrics.
  • Proven team builder with strong hiring and coaching skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional teams.
  • Ambitious, communicative, and proactive individual.
  • Bonus for experience scaling a company internationally.
