Requirements

• 7-10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong focus on one or more programming languages such as Python, C++, C (Embedded), Java, Rust, or Go.
• 5+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development, including Embedded Linux (e.g., RTOS or ROS) and Microcontrollers (e.g., Texas Instruments, ARM, STM).
• Good communication skills and not shy to engage with others.
• Willing to take responsibility as a Team Lead for your team and clients.
• Possess a growth mindset and a desire to continuously improve.
• Convinced that your potential is not yet fully realized.
