• Architect, build, and operate Cisco, VMware, and NetApp environments
• Migrations (on-prem ↔ cloud) and performance optimization
• Troubleshooting and security hardening: less 'ticket', more 'fix it'
• Documentation that is enjoyable to read
• Close collaboration with customers, project leads, and dev teams

Requirements

• Certified with several vendors: breadth is key (e.g., Cisco CCNP/CCIE, VMware VCP/VCDX, NetApp NCIE, Fortinet NSE, Dell/EMC, Juniper, ...)
• Proficient in CLI: Cisco IOS/NX-OS, VMware vSphere, NetApp ONTAP
• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud scenarios preferred
• Deep understanding of networking, storage, virtualization, and security
• Communicative, self-organized, and proactive – you explain technology without buzzword bingo
