Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI / Machine Learning / Data Engineering / Data Science.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on ML.
• Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, Rust, or Go.
• Good communication skills and not shy to engage with others.
• Willingness to take responsibility as a team lead for your team and clients.
• Possess a growth mindset and strive to keep improving.
• Confident that your potential is not yet fully realized.

Benefits

• Base salary: €80,000 - €95,000.
• Target salary: €110,000 - €180,000 (including revenue participation, quarterly distributions, realistically around €130,000 from the second quarter).
