The Business Partner Due Diligence Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and due diligence processes within AUMOVIO, a leading company in the automotive sector focused on innovative mobility solutions.

In Short

• Conduct false positive clearing for sanctions and adverse media screening.
• Manually enter and correct business partner information in the KYBP tool.
• Track post-completion mitigation measures and ensure compliance.
• Prepare samples for compliance analysis and feedback collection.
• Collaborate with project teams on process improvements.
• Engage with international teams and understand diverse cultures.
• Utilize advanced IT systems, preferably SAP.
• Work proficiently with Office 365 applications, especially Excel.
• Support the development of KPIs and quality measures.
• Participate in compliance and export control initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge in Compliance, Sanctions & Export Control.
• 1-3 years of experience in Compliance and Export Control is advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge of IT systems and databases.
• Proficient in Office 365, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with project teams on improvements.
• Ability to work in international settings.
• Understanding of different cultures.
