Overview

This job is aimed at native speakers who do NOT live in Germany.

We are looking for employees for our startup ki-hausverwalter.de, which specializes in AI-supported property management.

With our AI-first approach, we automate up to 95% of processes – from rent statements to damage reports to tenant communication.

Our goal: Efficient scaling to 500+ units per employee. We are looking for a dedicated customer support specialist to handle the remaining manual cases and support our team in the early stages.

In Short

  • Handle escalated non-automated cases from our AI system (Zendesk AI).
  • Communicate personally with tenants and owners via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
  • Support tenant satisfaction and resolve open issues.
  • Welcome career changers with a background in customer service.
  • Experience in property management is ideal but not required.
  • Basic technical skills in tools like Zendesk or Odoo are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with tenants/owners.
  • Good German skills (C1+) and English is an advantage.
  • Own laptop, headset, and fast internet required.
  • Attractive starting salary of €1,400/month (full-time).

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, especially in real estate or support.
  • Knowledge of rental law (BGB) is ideal but not necessary.

Benefits

  • No weekend or night work (Mon-Fri: 9 AM - 6 PM CET).
