In Short

• Manage and maintain our social media presence across key platforms like Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Actively participate in community management, including responding to comments and messages.
• Conduct thorough topic research and prepare engaging content.
• Provide creative input, and support our creative team in content creation across all our social media channels.
• Support and further develop our social media activities, including A/B testing, KPI analysis, and preparing reports for your marketing manager.

Requirements

• Studies: Ideally, you are currently enrolled in the field of communications, marketing, or public relations.
• Social Media Expertise: Experience and interest in content creation, content marketing, and brand communication.
• Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management and common scheduling tools.
• Creativity: Ability to develop creative and engaging content ideas.
• Proactivity: You are a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Communicative: You’re upfront and come right to the point.
• Organized: You’re keeping it cool and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Passionate: You have a genuine interest in social media, the creator economy, and digital marketing.
• Team Player: You cherish collaboration and aren’t afraid of frequent communication with your colleagues.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
