Freelance JTL Expert for Plan & Produce Configuration Process - Remote

Overview

We are a growing e-commerce company with a stock of over 10,000 SKUs and a wide product portfolio in stationery and gift packaging. We rely on JTL-Wawi for our warehouse and production processes, particularly in connection with the module world 'Plan & Produce'.

In Short

• Setup and configuration of JTL Plan & Produce for a standardized production process
• Definition and representation of a bill of materials structure
• Ensure parallel use of existing bill of materials articles in inventory management
• Introduction of a differentiated warehouse structure
• Support in setting up warehouse location logic
• Training and support for the warehouse team
• Identify optimization potentials and possible automations
• Documentation of system logic and processes for future scaling

Requirements

• Experience with JTL-Wawi, especially the modules JTL Plan & Produce
• Ideally prior experience in packaging, warehousing, or production control
• Understanding of inventory management, article hierarchies, and warehouse processes
• Proficient in handling complex product portfolios (10,000+ SKUs)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with operational warehouse teams
• Structured, solution-oriented work style
• Good German language skills in both spoken and written form
