Event Producer (Contractor/Freelance) - Remote

Overview

Allied Global Marketing is looking to engage an Event Producer to successfully execute event builds and productions for key agency clients.

In Short

• Manage client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation.
• Manage campaign timelines and implementation plans.
• Liaise with clients/stakeholders to manage project expectations.
• Manage client account administration in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal Creative and Production teams.
• Provide regular updates on project deliverables.
• Prepare and manage campaign budgets.
• Liaise with suppliers to source and track campaign costs.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Attend client meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an events agency or event production role.
• Good financial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office/Word.
• Very strong attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activities.
