Overview

Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc is seeking a highly skilled Netsuite Functional Consultant with expertise in SuitePeople HR to provide functional support and expertise for clients' Netsuite HR systems.

In Short

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Netsuite's SuitePeople HR module.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements.
• Manage end-to-end implementation of SuitePeople HR.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for clients' Netsuite HR systems.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Netsuite releases and enhancements.
• Conduct trainings and workshops for clients' HR teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and processes.
• Keep track of project timelines and deliverables.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Netsuite's SuitePeople HR module.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation of Netsuite HR systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Netsuite certifications in SuitePeople HR and/or SuiteFoundation are a plus.
