• 6–10 years of experience in strategy consulting with ERP exposure.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Workday or Oracle in functional areas.
• Experience with mission-driven organizations preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
• Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively.
