Overview

Atria is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to join our growing finance team, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all Atria employees.

In Short

Oversee the full payroll process for all employees.
Monitor employee time and attendance records.
Calculate and withhold appropriate federal, state, and local taxes.
Prepare and maintain detailed payroll reports.
Serve as the point of contact for payroll-related questions.
Ensure payroll software is up to date with tax laws.
Assist with ad-hoc payroll-related projects.

Requirements

Strong experience managing end-to-end payroll processing.
Deep understanding of tax regulations.
Detail-oriented and reliable.
Ability to resolve discrepancies related to timesheets.
Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems.
