Overview

As a product designer at Atlan, you'll be a part of our fast-growing designer and product team, collaborating with talented individuals to build a better data culture for data teams across the world.

In Short

• Understand the domain, users, and technology of the product area deeply.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to solve user experience issues.
• Own and mature the design processes from concepts to visuals.
• Participate in design critique sessions and mentor other designers.
• Contribute to Atlan’s design system and asset library.
• Participate in recruiting and help improve design culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in designing consumer-grade enterprise products.
• Portfolio showcasing product design and strategy skills.
• Understanding of the data ecosystem is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.
• Strong communication skills and initiative in ownership.
