In Short

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information.
  • Prepare sales reports, track key metrics, and provide data analysis to support sales strategies.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments such as marketing, finance, and customer support.
  • Process sales orders, contracts, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide basic product information as needed.
  • Help identify potential leads through research and assist in sales outreach efforts.

Requirements
