Mid-Level Creative Designer, Product Packaging - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Creative Designer to support packaging design across Atari’s expanding portfolio of physical products that include hardware, game releases, and licensed products.

In Short

• Support packaging design and production for Atari hardware products.
• Design packaging for physical game releases across all Atari labels.
• Support end-to-end production workflows for packaging.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure production accuracy.
• Ensure packaging quality and consistency across all products.
• Provide creative input on collector’s editions and special packaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align packaging with brand strategy.
• Support packaging translations and approvals for international releases.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in packaging design.
• Proven experience working with printers and production teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating consumer-facing packaging design.
• Strong understanding of packaging production processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with licensed packaging and brand approvals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D rendering a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable in a remote-first team environment.
• Interest in video games and pop culture is preferred.
