Overview

As a Product Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of roadmaps for our technical SaaS products, ensuring that we deliver the best possible experiences for our customers. You will be working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, and you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping our product strategy. We are looking for someone who has a deep passion for video games and brings a strong technical background to the table. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the direction of some of our most innovative gaming projects.

In Short

  • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring successful product delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
  • Develop and prioritize product requirements, working closely with technical teams to ensure feasibility and quality.
  • Be hands-on with product testing, prototype iterations, and troubleshooting, ensuring products meet high standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear goals, KPIs, and metrics for product success.
  • Lead the product launch process, ensuring all teams are aligned and prepared for a successful roll-out.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in the gaming industry and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gain deep insights into customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track product performance, identify trends, and optimize product features.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally including a mix of Management Consulting, Product Management, and Growth-stage startups within the gaming or tech industries.
  • Strong passion for video games, with a deep understanding of the gaming landscape.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong technical background and experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Hands-on working style with the ability to dive deep into product details and troubleshoot issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
