• Develop blog posts, website copy, case studies, email content, and scripts for LinkedIn and YouTube
• Ghostwrite for agency executives and clients in industries like SaaS, manufacturing, and professional services
• Collaborate with our SEO and RevOps teams to turn keyword strategies into engaging pillar content
• Manage LinkedIn and YouTube calendars for both ATAK and client brands
• Turn long-form content into snackable, shareable posts
• Use AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, captioning, and optimization
• Help concept and write storyboards for short-form video
• Work with the CEO, designers, strategists, and video editors to bring ideas to life
• Utilize data to create conversion-driven campaigns

Requirements

• 2–5 years of agency experience, particularly B2B
• Strong with content strategy, not just content creation
• Understand what drives engagement on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Freepik
• Video editing skills for both social media + YouTube
• Ability to turn a vision into a reality
• Utilize data to optimize campaigns
