Production Manager - Remote

Overview

Venturi Astrolab, Inc. is pioneering new ways to explore and operate on distant planetary bodies. We are seeking a highly driven Production Manager to lead production and launch site operations for our lunar rover program.

In Short

• Oversee daily production operations including machining, assembly, integration, and testing.
• Ensure adherence to manufacturing schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and supply chain to resolve technical issues.
• Implement Lean/6S manufacturing principles.
• Manage all launch site operations and team coordination.
• Direct cross-functional teams and enforce safety policies.
• Develop KPIs for production and launch readiness.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation.
• Provide updates to senior leadership on project status.
• Mentor staff for operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership in production and launch site management.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace hardware handling.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication skills.
