Overview

We’re seeking an exceptional Head of People Operations to join Astralis Foundation. As our first dedicated people leader, you'll build the foundations of our people systems, enabling us to scale from a small team into our next phase of growth, while preserving quality, trust, and culture.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of People Operations, HR, or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience building or improving people systems in fast-growing organizations.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Strong project management skills.
