As a System Engineering Method Referent, you will be responsible for the technical production of projects while ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality through the deployment of System Engineering methods.

  • Coordinate technical project activities and manage interfaces.
  • Ensure quality and compliance with design standards.
  • Support project management with technical and contractual aspects.
  • Conduct technical studies related to your expertise.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in complex regulated projects.
  • Knowledge of ISO 15288 and associated tools is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Requirements

  • Bac+5 (engineering school or equivalent).
  • Experience in nuclear, naval, or aeronautical projects.
  • Skills in requirements and interface management.
  • Ability to structure and animate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, both written and oral.
  • Pedagogical skills and change management support.
  • Familiarity with MBSE tools like Capella, Reqtify, DOORS is a plus.
  • Mastery of English, both written and spoken.
