Principal Mechanical Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Mechanical Engineer to support the technical capabilities of one of our major client's Design Authority (DA) near Glasgow. This role is perfect for those with a background in Mechanical Design/Mechanical Engineering.

In Short

• Deliver technical excellence in specifying, producing, and assessing design packages for infrastructure.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems like pump systems, cranes, HVAC, pressure systems, and diesel generators.
• Experience in the nuclear or high-hazard industries is preferred.
• Ability to develop practical, creative, and cost-effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of British and international design standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
