We’re seeking a Casting Scout to be responsible for building and managing our talent pipeline, ensuring productions run smoothly with the right people in front of the camera.

• Create and manage call sheets for shoots.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in casting or talent coordination.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with call sheet documentation.
• Experience with Airtable, Trello, and Slack.
• A passion for discovering new talent.
