Psychometrician - Remote

Overview

This position is focused on replication of psychometric analyses for a large client, requiring experience in Python or R to develop custom code for data extraction and analysis.

Requirements

• Graduate degree (preferably PhD) in psychometrics or industrial-organizational psychology.
• At least two years of experience in data analysis and psychometrics.
• Experience in programming, preferably R or Python.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and able to learn new software quickly.
• Good decision-making and time management skills.
• Ability to discuss client needs with computer programmers.
