Ashby is looking for a versatile Staff Product Designer to contribute to modern software design, working closely with product teams and engineers.

Requirements

• Strong skills in layout, navigation, IA, UI, and interaction design.
• Experience in early-stage startups or as a solo designer.
• Ability to work independently and make design decisions.
• Curiosity and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
• Obsession with design craft and details.
• Ability to leverage design to influence other teams.
• Experience in writing design specifications and documentation.
