• Act as the first point of contact for administrative staff regarding contracts and claims.
• Ensure all processes are handled efficiently and carefully.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally in contract processing or claims management.
• Completed training as an insurance salesman or insurance specialist.
• Experience with broker management programs, preferably Insurgo.
• Structured and independent working style, organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
