Czech & Slovak-Speaking Customer Service Representative - Remote

ASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Czech & Slovak-speaking Call Center Representative to join our team. This position is a fully remote position that works closely with our corporate office and supports associates in their respective market.

In Short

• Assist ASEA associates and customers on inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Resolve problems, answer inquiries, and act as an information source for associates in Hungarian, Czech, and Slovak.
• Work 40 hours per week with a schedule from 8am to 4pm.
• Participate in virtual training and daily communication.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Fulfill requests, complete transactions, and enter customer information accurately.
• Follow up on customer calls and escalate unresolved problems.
• Work as part of the call center team and follow documentation requirements.
• Participate in training and educational opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Hungarian, Czech, and Slovak; additional languages a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Experience in Direct Sales or Network Marketing industry preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and solve problems adaptively.
• Friendly, flexible, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, internet, and CRMs.
• Able to navigate virtual platforms.
