In Short

• Craft intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences across Ascend’s platform.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Own the end-to-end design process from research to delivery.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design new workflows and features.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system.
• Apply accessibility and UX best practices to designs.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools for design iteration.
• Continuously improve existing features based on user feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
