In Short

• Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients remotely.
• Utilize evidence-based practices for patient care modalities.
• Engage patients in their treatment plans through individual and group therapy.
• Document all services and maintain clinical records.
• Conduct crisis intervention based on individual safety plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team case planning.
• Ensure compliance with clinical practices and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing education and supervision.
• Provide case management services for recovery and community reintegration.
• Work from home with a patient-first mindset.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in California.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet.
• Willingness to participate in training and skill assessments.
• Engage in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
