Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LMHC) - Remote

In Short

• Provide counseling and therapy treatment to patients remotely.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to meet clinical needs.
• Engage patients in their treatment plans.
• Document all services and patient activities appropriately.
• Conduct crisis interventions as needed.
• Participate in case planning with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain ongoing education and competency.
• Provide case management services for recovery and reintegration.
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain an Oregon license.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in Oregon.
• Willingness to work primarily with pediatric patients.
• Patient-first mindset.
• Good communication skills for virtual meetings.
• Ability to sit for extended periods during working hours.
• Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet.
• Good hand-eye coordination for using office equipment.
• Ability to participate in phone calls and virtual meetings.
• Visual acuity for reading screens and documents.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
