In Short

• You will manage selected customers from the food retail sector
• You will process customer orders from entry to delivery
• You will work closely with our sales, warehouse, and shipping departments
• You will keep track of delivery dates and handle inquiries or complaints
• You will manage shortages and delivery delays and create credit notes

Requirements

• You have a commercial education and professional experience
• You are familiar with the Microsoft Office package and ideally SAP
• You can communicate confidently in German and English
• Your strong customer orientation and communication skills set you apart
• You are an organizational talent and work in a structured manner
