• Requires expertise in managing and improving applications built with Microsoft Access and SQL Server.
• Work on enterprise-level reporting engine across various teams.
• Senior level experience in writing and optimizing SQL Server queries.
• Maintain database security, reliability, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver new BI and Analytics solutions.
• Support existing applications and troubleshoot problems.
• Provide technical documentation and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations.
• Senior experience in Microsoft Access and SQL Server.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in database security and compliance.
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Experience with data processing and reporting.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
