Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BI Analyst / Developer with deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and hands-on experience in SPSS, Cognos, and Power BI.

• Conduct report rationalization by reviewing existing SPSS reports.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in BI/reporting roles within the insurance industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with SPSS, Cognos, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex insurance datasets.
• Experience in report rationalization and metadata management.
• Solid understanding of insurance operations.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling concepts.
