Overview

ARSIEM Corporation is looking for an Instructor/Content Developer (Mid) to manage training and development programs for government clients, providing opportunities for growth and impact.

In Short

• Prepares and conducts training programs of a nontechnical nature.
• Designs and delivers training programs for all personnel levels.
• Develops tests and visual aids for training classes.
• Formulates teaching outlines based on instructional methods.
• Stays updated on training and development research.
• Develops in-house programs to identify developmental needs.
• Responsible for creating e-learning programs.
• Facilitates the execution of all training programs.
• Monitors training costs and prepares budget reports.
• Utilizes various modes of course delivery including Instructor Led and Live-Virtual.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in relevant competency areas.
• Experience providing solutions to technical problems.
• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience or Master's with 0-2 years.
• Experience delivering similar training courses.
• Must meet Cyber Instructor standards.
• Topical areas include Cybersecurity Analysis and Incident Handling.
• Frequent use of technical standards and principles.
