ETL Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled ETL Consultant to join our HCM team, specializing in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, with a focus on SQL and integration with Workday and Workforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ETL workflows, data mapping, and working with HR systems to ensure seamless data flow between platforms.

• Design, develop, and manage ETL processes to extract data from multiple sources.
• Perform data transformation using SQL and other ETL tools.
• Optimize complex SQL queries for high performance.
• Load data into Workday and Workforce systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs.
• Implement data validation checks and reconciliation processes.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ETL processes.
• Recommend improvements for ETL efficiency and data quality.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in ETL development.
• Strong expertise in SQL.
• Experience with Workday and/or Workforce data structures.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools.
• Understanding of HR data models and payroll systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Languages: English B2 (written and spoken).
