In Short

• Provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis.
• Work remotely while collaborating with onsite professionals in emergency departments and crisis stabilization units.
• Direct and implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medications.
• Utilize a collaborative care approach within the healthcare treatment team.
• Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist required.
• Unrestricted, independent licensure is necessary.
• Experience in providing psychiatric care to all age groups.
• Ability to communicate with patients from various backgrounds.
• Advanced technical proficiency in telehealth technologies.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist.
• Unrestricted, independent licensure.
• Established CAQH and FCVS profiles.
• Experience treating patients in acute crisis.
• Ability to work with multiple EMRs simultaneously.
• Technical proficiency with telehealth hardware and software.
• Comfortable working in a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Interest in a thriving behavioral health care modality.
• Commitment to culturally competent care.
• Passion for using technology in behavioral health.

Benefits

• Pay range of $150 - $195 per hour.
• Eligible for 401k and corporate wellness programs.
• CME credits and FlexTime available starting at 24 hours per week.
