Senior Security Solution Engineer - Remote

Overview

Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization seeking a Senior Security Solution Engineer to enhance security controls in cloud environments and support our cloud journey.

In Short

• Design and develop security solutions for complex environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into security solutions.
• Evaluate and configure security tools and technologies.
• Perform risk assessments across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud workloads.
• Integrate security controls into the application development lifecycle.
• Lead escalated Incident Response activities.
• Research and recommend enterprise-level security products.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to teams.
• Maintain documentation of security controls and procedures.
• Stay updated on security trends and technologies.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of information security experience.
• Experience with security management frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, NIST).
• Proficiency in securing cloud workloads in Azure and/or AWS.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with OWASP and integrating security controls into DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field.
• Security certifications (e.g., Security+/GSEC/CISSP) are a plus.
