• We are looking for a highly capable Director of General Liability Bodily Injury Claims.
• This role will supervise a team of General Liability Bodily Injury Claims Adjusters.
• Contribute to providing superb results for our clients.
• Support the professional claims selection process.
• Manage expenditures for the team.
• Work closely with claims adjusters and outside counsel.
• Provide advice and oversight into claim disposition strategies.
• Ensure performance objectives and metrics are in place.

Requirements

• Must have good business acumen.
• A minimum of seven years’ experience adjudicating General Liability Bodily Injury claims.
• A minimum of five years in a Claims Supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's Degree or two or more industry designations required.
• New York General Adjusting License required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong claim negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Must demonstrate a desire for continued professional development.
