Overview

The Lead Consultant for SAP IBP at Argano will work closely with clients to implement SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions, enhancing their supply chain operations and driving digital transformation.

• Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed workplans.
• Utilize LIFT delivery methodology for project planning.
• Establish relationships with client leaders.
• Lead implementation of SAP IBP modules.
• Guide clients on SAP IBP usage.
• Manage design sessions for seamless SCM solutions.
• Identify improvement opportunities in supply chain planning.
• Develop solutions using BI/BW analytics tools.
• Consult on effective ERP system usage.
• Participate in multiple projects across clients.

Requirements

• 5-10 years in supply chain planning/execution.
• BS in a technical field or BA in business with relevant experience.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain/Operations management.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to convey complex topics simply.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills with MS Office expertise.
• 5 full lifecycle implementations of SAP IBP required.
• US Citizenship required.
