Overview

Arctiq is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive the successful execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring high standards of project delivery and maintaining client relationships.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans with key tasks and milestones.
• Collaborate with the PMO to manage resources and schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Facilitate effective internal communication among stakeholders.

• Maintain thorough project documentation.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements of PMO processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, project management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting and cost tracking.
• Experience working with external clients.
• Success in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts in Security, Infrastructure, or DevOps.
• Experience managing contractor relationships.
• Expertise in project planning, budget management, and timeline coordination.
• Proficient in project management tools like Smartsheet and Microsoft 365.
