Cloud Ops Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Cloud Ops Engineer will support Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Linux/Windows environments, responsible for maintaining and administering production lifecycle aspects, ensuring continuous uptime of services.

In Short

• Design, develop and maintain scalable AWS solutions and infrastructure.
• Develop tooling and processes for automating SaaS application deployments.
• Perform database administration for PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure product success.
• Engage in Agile practices including daily standups and sprint planning.
• Coordinate configuration changes and upgrades with development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-5 years of system administration experience in production applications.
• 4-5 years managing AWS services including EC2, RDS, S3.
• 2 years of experience with CI/CD technologies.
• 2 years of experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
• Experience in Linux and Windows system administration.
• Familiarity with Ansible and Terraform for configuration management.
