Junior Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The finance analyst is responsible for collection, organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile finance related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, customer service and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

In Short

• Accurate and timely turnaround on all payables for various entities
• Utilize complex cost center and intercompany allocation methodologies
• Assist with projects that entail analysis and reconciliation
• Provide customer service to internal and external customers
• Meet various deliverables for monthly and quarterly financial close
• Collaborate with the AP team for best practices and process improvement

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Embrace values of teamwork, accountability, and diligence
• Proficiency in statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel)
• Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and financial systems
• Availability to travel to Manila for initial training for up to 1 month
