Finance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The junior accounting analyst is responsible for the organization, interpretation, analysis, recording, documentation and dissemination of complex data sets. The candidate will process and reconcile finance and accounting related transactions with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate will provide support and be part of the US Finance team.

In Short

• Prepare journal entries to be posted to the sub-ledger
• Prepare monthly and quarterly invoices for various accounts
• Maintain various Payable and Receivable sub-ledgers updated
• Prepare monthly cash related worksheets and analysis

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial accounting (GAAP accounting)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PIVOT Table, VLOOKUP, and etc)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
