Finance Analyst - Mid - Remote

Overview

The Finance Analyst will maintain general ledger activity for multiple corporate companies, prepare financial analyses, and support accurate reporting to affiliate client companies.

• Maintain general ledger activity for multiple corporate companies.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and expense account analyses.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly operating expenses variance analysis.
• Analyze quarterly balance sheet movements.
• Participate in the preparation of intercompany invoices.
• Support timely services and reporting to affiliate clients.
• Work on special projects related to GL accounts and fixed assets.
• Track legal, audit, and other expenses.
• Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements through automation.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in general ledgers and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Clear and concise writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
