Requirements

• Relevant HBO and/or academic degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and innovative mindset.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language and good proficiency in English.
• Ability to balance technical expertise with social and economic considerations.
• Experience in consultancy, water management, or construction sectors.
• Strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
