Requirements

• Completed HBO and/or academic degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience as a designer, preferably on both client and contractor sides.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project leader or project management manager.
• Experience managing project teams of at least 10 people.
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects.
• Network with clients and stakeholders is a plus.
• Ability to translate tenders into project management plans.
• Experience managing risks and writing risk management plans.
• Knowledge of the market and developments in the field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
