Overview

You will take on a coordinating role in spatial and sustainable projects, focusing on both process and content, ensuring that projects can proceed to improve our world.

• Coordinate various conditional studies and planning products.

Requirements

• Completed HBO or WO education, preferably in spatial planning, environment, or law.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Experience in guiding complex permit processes.
• Ability to draft project plans and permit strategies.
• Knowledge of the Environmental Act.
• Combine technical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Present clear advice and communicate effectively.
• Work transparently and manage planning, risks, and costs.
• Value teamwork and personal development.
