Overview

Arcadis is seeking a Project Manager in Geotechnics to lead geotechnical reports and oversee construction for major infrastructure projects in Germany.

In Short

• Lead the creation of geotechnical reports and oversee construction.
• Work on nationwide and some international projects.
• Conduct ground investigations and foundation consulting.
• Perform static calculations for earth and foundation structures.
• Manage planning, tenders, and construction supervision tasks.
• Organize project teams and control subcontractors.
• Strategically manage existing clients and acquire new clients.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Geosciences, preferably with a focus on Geotechnics.
• Several years of professional experience.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience as a project or sub-project manager is an advantage.
• Negotiation skills in German.
• Additional training (e.g., SiGeKo) is a plus.
• Flexibility and structured, goal-oriented work style.
• Cost awareness and economic thinking.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Good English language skills.
