Project Accounting Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Project Accounting Analyst is responsible for project maintenance, invoicing, and reporting, assisting Project Managers and stakeholders as required.

In Short

• Setting up Projects in line with Project Managers requirements.
• Preparation and setting up of CLS records.
• Reforecasting projects in line with Project Managers requirements.
• Troubleshooting of inter-project time and expense transfers.
• Ensuring correct revenue recognition.
• Monitoring work in progress & unbilled receivables.
• Maintaining forecast and actual project billing dates.
• Ensuring timely project closure in the system.
• Initiating continuous process improvement.
• Preparing and updating process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail oriented with proficient ability to detect errors.
• Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
• Experience working with and managing contracts preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
