In Short

• Support and coordinate with Discipline Lead and Principal Engineer in project delivery.
• Collaborate with Arcadis Germany team on power infrastructure projects.
• Experience in team management and resource allocation.
• Manage production and verification of drawings and reports.
• Guide and mentor BIM project teams.
• Ensure high-quality project deliverables within time and budget.
• Engage with project teams regarding safe design requirements.
• Establish standards and best practices for BIM processes.
• Manage and coordinate digital models for all project phases.
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/Power Engineering.
• 10+ years of proven professional experience.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Strong command of BIM/digital software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Knowledge of German Standards is preferable.
• Experience on German projects is an advantage.
• Software skills such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD Map, ProjectWise.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS Pro, QGIS is an added advantage.
