• Recruiting for Associate Principal BIM Modeler to work on US and Canada projects from Bangalore.
• Responsible for Structural/Architectural BIM Modeling.
• Collaborate with design professionals and BIM Manager.
• Ensure accuracy of construction documents.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
• Proficiency in BIM platform - REVIT® Structure.
• Experience with AutoCAD and CDEs like Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
• 8 to 12 years of experience as BIM Technician required.
• BE Civil/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements

• Sound technical knowledge in Structural Engineering and Architecture.
• Expertise in Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Microstation.
• Knowledge of Automation Scripting like Dynamo is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new challenges.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Tools.
• Familiarity with US codes and drawing standards is advantageous.
• Strong self-motivated and assertive personality.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to adopt new work as per business requirements.
